I got into photography with the birth of my son four and a half years ago. I now have hard disks full of photos of him and he runs the other way when he seas the camera coming out.

I started experimenting with my camera and now enjoy joining hill walking with photography. I recently attended a course in the iop which i found very interesting. I am now trying different disciplines from macro to night work and I am really enjoying the challenges

My Camera equipment now includes my reliable Canon 40D my recent upgrade to the new 7D a host of lenses including canon 24-70L 2.8, canon 50mm 1.8, canon efs 17-85IS, sigma 105mm 2.8 Macro, Sigma 120-400mm, Sigma 10-20mm Canon EX550 and EX580II and Manfroto legs and trigger grip head also various filters, cases, reflectors etc. Making time to get out and about is probably the biggest challenge.

I welcome your comments and advice etc on any of my photography so please feel free to leave comments good or bad,after all how else can I improve?
