"Each day of human life contains joy and anger, pain and pleasure, darkness and light, growth and decay. Each moment is etched with nature's grand design - do not try to deny or oppose the cosmic order of things."

    Resident on Earth says:

"Therese's photography is like the finest crafted quilt. Every careful stitch a perfect detail of her life that comprises a beautiful, balanced whole. She invites you into her kitchen, she takes you on calming walks, every step a meditative journey. Besides, she has the sexiest fruit photos I have ever seen!"

"There are very few photostreams on Flickr that have moved me like Therese’s stream has. In the short time I’ve had to explore her photos, her vision of life has changed the way I perceive the things around me. No matter what camera she chooses to use, Therese always finds a way to capture light in a unique way. From walks through the woods, to the intricate structures of flower, her photos become one long visual poem that speaks to the heart. Thank you Therese for sharing this inspiring vision with us."

"I think of all the things I like about Therese's work is her ability to see meanings into things -- no matter how small -- and show them to us in ways that make us see them anew. She is a remarkable showwoman of the minute (and the not so minute). Her macros take the seemingly inconsequential and present them for examination in ways that give them weight and meaning. She tells her story through the little things in life.

She's the kind of (virtual) companion who may mutter about the awful weather or the lack of something to do, but who ends up turning circumstance into opportunity. More often than not adversity brings out her best. Her recent work with toy cameras delights me.

Sometimes she dances while waiting for film to develop. That says a lot."

    ynatis says:

"Therese is an outstanding photographer. She tries many styles and subjects and quickly becomes a master in each. Talent, commitment and without a doubt -- personal substance and life experience -- all come together in her work. Set aside some time and view her stream from the start to the most recent. You will have taken a journey in life, in photography and in the growth of an artist."
