  "Agnieszka is one of my oldest and most cherished contacts. I don't know why it has taken me so long to write her a testimonial. When I first discovered her, very soon after joining Flickr in 2005, I liked the fact that she is a fellow bibliophile. I liked the way she was moved at the time of Polish Pope John Paul II's death. I liked the very particular ambience of her early self-portraits - tender, modest but also colourful and vivacious. I liked the way she used clothing to give her portraits compositional interest, but not in a flashy or high-fashion sense. I liked the way her stream gave a picture of everyday life in Poland. I liked the way she dealt with the occasional critical comment on her stream; politely, but firmly.
  And now I am so happy to see the way the love in her life has added a new vivicaiousness and open-air gleefulness to her stream. There were always exterior photos before, as well as interiors, but now those outside shots are so animated. so full of joy and passion.
  
  Agnieszka, long may you remain happy, and long may you share your photos here on Flickr.

  "The first thing I realized when I started coming to flickr was that you can tell so much about a person by the pictures they take and the care with which they take them. Strangers become known to you, even familiar, in a way that is more personal and intimate than if you talked to them for hours. The first of Agnieszka's pictures that I saw about one year ago, were the B/Ws of 'that adorable little dark haired gal in the cute little dress'. Even on that first exposure to her however, I saw a playful sweet and happy spirit with marvelous natural talent. Over the past year, I've seen her photography mature and her talent, eye, technical ability and, of course, her hair, grow. She is cunning, yet shy, artistically bold, yet endearingly innocent. Seductive yet demure. Heart achingly beautiful yet impossibly modest. She will tell you that her portfolio of wonderful self portraits is the result of knowing no one who will face her camera. We should all be thankful for her model shortage for it has given us the chance to see what this lovely, creative young woman gets up to by the light of her favorite window with only her self, her imagination and camera.
