Amateur drive-by snapshooter and cataloger.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that the unphotographed life is not worth living, but it is greatly diminished.

I think I might like cameras even more than taking pictures. I need to get a good film scanner--until then I've scanned a few older prints from film.

10/31/2007: I've added photos of the recently-closed (2006) North East Nazarene Camp in North East Maryland. Almost all of these photographs are from my North East Camp website .

05/15/2008: Scanner arrived. Probably won't be shooting a lot of new stuff while I catch up on the old film scans.

I have granted permission for the use of some of my photos to several people and organizations who have asked. I may do the same for you, but you must ask me.

As stated on every one of my flickr photo pages, ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED. These are copyrighted photos, and I own that copyright. My photos may not be copied, downloaded, or used in any way, in any format, in any media without my written permission. Any other use will constitute an agreement to pay me (Robert Marville) $50.00 (US) per day/per image, plus a $200.00 (US) administrative fee per photo, plus any other money generated through the use of my images. I will bill you for this amount when I find my photos being used without my written permission. When you are billed, you will also be instructed to immediately return all physical image copies, delete all digital images, and delete all links to my photos. Even after you have returned and deleted the images, you must still pay me for the previous unauthorized use. Any bills unpaid after 60 days will be referred to a collection agency.
