I am bit of a fitness fanatic and a teck geek i'm either at the gym lifting weights
taking part in yoga or group fitness classes
(BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyJam, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, Spin)
or out for a run in the pissing rain

I'm quiet a shy guy till i get to no you,
then you cant get me to shut the fu*k up LOL.

i all so build and repair computers in my spare time
