I have previously used medium format and 35mm film cameras and then became an early adopter of digital. I do not currently stick to one style of photography and have tried macro, animal portraits, action shots, urban and landscape.... mainly colour and a few B&W.

I would like to pursue portraiture in natural settings - not family or friends but just anyone. There seems to be a relative dearth of real people portraits in natural surroundings on flickr due to model release issues, privacy concerns etc. I got shortlisted in the pre-screening process of last year's Digital Photographer Of The Year in a B&W category re a portrait of sorts (overall over 100,000 photo submissions in the competition). Now I have an idea here involving one of the most colourful people in London!. Watch this space!
