"I've spent so many nights with Adcuz that my wife suspects we're having an affair. We're not. He takes better photos than my missus but she bakes better cakes. I've learned loads from Adam about lighting and night photography and to watch him work (as I secretly do every shoot) is intriguing and insightful. I've also recently found out that the oven needs to be on about 240 for scones, and they develop more of a crust if you brush them with egg not milk, but for the time being that's not as useful to my nocturnal activities."
