I'm a husband and father of three.

I started with digital photography as soon as it became affordable, although my interest in the subject started long before then. When my daughters were born, I went out and bought a higher end camera, the Canon 20D. My intentions were two fold. 1. Take wonderful pictures of my family. 2. Start a part time business. I now photograph about six to eight weddings a year as well as several other events and family portraits.

I've also recently upgraded to the Canon 40D. I still have the 20D as my backup camera. Melissa also uses it when we are both taking pictures, although she prefers a point-and-shoot.
