I try to capture moments. That is for me the essence of photography. Freezing time into something meaningful. Trying to tell a story with no storyline.

I take my camera everywhere. Always have it with me in my car - or hanging on my shoulder whereever I go. Even though, I am not always remembering to use it. Taking the time out of my day to take pictures - that is one of my main challenges.

I shoot with a Sony A700 - and have a strong preference for my 50mm f1.4 lens. That lens has to be my single best photographic purchase.

I photograph my life as it happens. Rarely does set-pieces or any other pre-production. And, must admit, has no great love for post-production either. Photography for me is when I press the shutter button. Of course I do post-production, but it is not my hobby. Photography is.
