Hi, my name is Alessandro Benoit, I am a 25 boy from near Rimini (Italy), passionate about photography from a few years, for now only amateur but I like to think that one day may become a job. I graduated from the Biological institute after which I began the first year of university in computer science soon left to work for 3 years as a traveling technician in the area of photofinishing and minilabs. Later I took a break of 3 months to do volunteer full time in a local association (for which i’d recently realized the website). Convinced starting to make a volunteering experience in Africa I had to let it go for economic restrictions and then was hired by a furniture factory in san Marino to do simple data entry but soon I had to cure the websites, ensure the systems as well programming sql, php and vb.net to supplement the existing management system. I was forgetting to tell i’m the webmaster of blog83.net, an italian entertainement blog with 5000 pageview a day. From 19 January 2009 i’m in Machester to study English and improve my photographic skills.
My photography equipment consists of a Nikon D70, a Nikon SB600 flash, a Nikon 18-80, a Sigma 80-200, recently a Nikon 50mm and a tripod that I harbor anywhere. I like to travel and love all new things, cultures, people and… kitchen. I speak Italian as mother language, french and a bit of English.
