I am a mother / student currently living in Beirut. Since marrying my husband I have ventured all over the world and been witness to some highly unusual things. Unusual since back home in New York, not much really went on other than the common arrest of some idiot drinking and driving or the occasional dairy cow that broke free from it's barbed wire home.

I am a very adventurous person and love new things. I like people in general and appreciate the world more now than ever before.

I am skilled in many things, part thanks to the US Navy. I am a American Muslim as far at the religous issue goes and I am a Mexican American, no, I don't speak Spanish which is highly embarassing but I can cook Mexican food thanks to my Grandmother! I am also highly skilled at cooking Lebanese food since my husband is Lebanese. Yes, Lebanese food is awesome!

I am a very proud mother of three amazing children ages seventeen, six and four years old. Each has their very own unique personalities and qualities I admire.

My husband deals in the Telecomm industry so with that, we are fortunate enough to be able to visit many places and meet many people.

Our travels have taken me to a few more places than my children and I can see now how the traveling has affected my children. They are always ready to take a plane trip and like being outdoors. I guess it does not really matter where we are as long as they get to play outside.

I love to take photos and in no way consider myself a pro. I would like to develop the skill of taking photos and do hope that what little I have taken, in the way of pictures, can share a piece of the world with others who probably won't venture out of their comfort zone for whatever reason.

So please enjoy the world, as seen through my eyes!
