"Nick is both a scientist and an artist; and thus one of the most philosophical and thoughtful people I have ever met. He is also a good friend.

Whether we are exploring the city with a camera in hand or holing up in a bar with a G&T and good conversation, there is always an exploration of art and the human world. What becomes an idea, then becomes an idea behind the idea, and somewhere within that there always seems to be inspiration.

Truly a great photographer and a great guy to hang out with. I know that in between some amazing photographs he'll also manage to solve a tricky genetic sequence or two ;)

Thanks for all the inspiration, my friend!"

"I "met" Nick for the first time only a month after he took up photography.(If my calculations are correct) Our ice breaker was the fact that he went to my rival school, a.k.a Melb Grammar.

Safe to say that was where the bitterness ended and I found Nick is not just an awesome photographer, but also a great guy! He's been a great inspiration to me over the past 6 months and I know Melbourne won't be the same without him. Good luck Nick and may the future bring more great pics + fancy gadgets!"

"The art of turning simple things into something incredible and precious...

So much sensibility, great point of views and superb use of wideapertures lenses...

That's my view of Nick's photography.

I hope i can meet him somewhere in time :-)"

"Nick wreaks of photographic passion and skill. I have met few people who shoot with equal care, and convey succinct stories with such consistency.
Ill be calling on Nick for a coffee/walk next time I'm in Melbs...can't wait."

"I've known Nick for a few months already and every time I log on to his page he has something to surprise me. Throughout this period, he has progressively challenged himself and now he is at another stage. It's really enjoyable to see your photos, Nick. Shine on! :)"

"This guy might be new, but his shots capture a rich sense of 'scene' - of feeling, purpose, character and fulfillment when viewing them.

There's gonna be more great stuff right here - keep your eye peeled, people!"
