I mainly shoot landscapes and outdoor things, as I'm better at them and they don't complain that I made them look fat or ugly. I love interesting light, tones and shadows.

I believe that a photo is a means to capture a moment in time, and that using Photoshop completely destroys the clarity of that vision. In rare cases I might crop or lighten a photo with the Piknik tools, but I never 'shop my shots.

I try to keep everything organised in Sets, but they're always a work in progress.

I'm more than happy for my photos to be used for non-commercial or commercial projects (I'm thrilled that they've already been used on a Christmas card for Warwick Uni, in online travel guides to both Madrid and Venice, in a video game and for an ad campaign for Arriva Trains) - just contact me and I'll get back to you with permission (or not, if it's evil).

I used to use a Canon A710 IS - it's a great little camera which produces high-quality images and is packed with functionality.

Now I mainly use a Canon 50D. So far, so quite confusing. Must sign up for a photography course and figure out what all these settings do...
