In addition, whenever possible, please provide the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the original image on Flickr in the derived work.

For any photographs that include people, a model release may be required before you use the work, especially if it is to be used commercially (more information here). Remember, privacy rights are independent of copyrights.
