  "A little over a year ago, I found myself getting a little bored with Flickr. It seemed like most of us were taking the same kinds of shots and writing the same kinds of comments. And then I met Irene and that all changed. Not only does she have an independent eye for a scene, she also has some wild processing skills. And it doesn't matter if she's using an iPhone, a point and shoot or her new wiz bang DSLR, her work is instantly identifiable. But even more important than that, at least to me, is her ability to constantly amuse her audience with stories and comments and that light up your day. I've had the pleasure to shoot with her in person, and she's as much fun in real life as she is in the flickr world. Take a gander (I only said gander because she hates geese) through her photostream and prepare to have a great time."

  "Irene's got an iPhone and is not afraid to use it. Armed with a box-load of processing apps, she finds the right treatment for the right picture and gets superb results. The best stuff however, happens when Irene takes her D90 and 35 prime on one of her many trips across the world or through her back yard (she appears to be equally at home in either one). Lush with vivid colors and subtle textures they make you eant to pack your bag and travel.
