I was born and raised in El Paso, TX. I moved to Austin in 1996. I spent twelve happy years in the Texas capital, at the University of Texas, as a student and staff member. I met my wife and many friends while living in that fair city.

In 2008 I moved to Cambridge, MA to return to graduate school. I'm a student again, and I continue to take photos of the people, places and food I love.
