I have enjoyed photography off and on since I was a little kid with my first Kodak Brownie Hawkeye camera. I graduated to 35mm photography in the early '70's, strictly on an amateur basis. Later, I used photography on an almost daily basis in conjunction with my work, and got burned out on it. Then Digital came along. Digital photography has renewed the joy I remember having as a kid, and intensified my desire to take more strange, beautiful, amusing or emotional photographs. I enjoy looking at, and am inspired by, so many of the photos I see here.
I belong to the Albuquerque/Santa Fe Social group here, but you'd never know it 'cause I haven't been able to make too many of the meetups. I hope to be able to correct that real soon!!!
I would love to travel to Europe, especially England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Italy, Austria and Greece, to photograph the marvelous architecture found there. I would also enjoy shooting London night life, backstreets, etc. I'm going to try some portrait photography in the near future.
