I run an online specialist fitness training company called London Kettlebells and we provide exotic strength and conditioning equipment, train clients and generally have a lot of fun whilst exercising.

I also work in online marketing, which is not so exciting but pays the bills. I made the transition further into self employment and working in marketing within the fitness industry. My blog charts the odd snippet of cutting, nay, bleeding edge of online marketing but mainly has a lot of rambling.

By night I'm a personal trainer and qualified Corrective Exercise Specialist. Just realised how innuendo laden that reads but I like that sort of thing.

I spent many years training in martial arts only to discover I wasn't very good at it. I'm not very good at console games but am a bit tasty on PC FPS.
