British, married to a Frenchman and mother of three boys. I have lived in Britain, France, Arizona, and Vancouver. After 7 wonderful years in North America, I have recently (July 2010) returned to France, just south of Paris.

I'm not really a technical photographer but love to capture shots of beautiful and interesting things around me.

I don't use Photoshop on my images. Any editing is very minimal and basic (cropping, sharpening or sometimes tweaking the colours a little) in an ancient version of Elements.
I prefer to try to "get it right" though the lens, rather than on the computer.

I love Flickr for its inspiration, its outstanding images, its learning platform and, best of all, for all the wonderful people I have met. It's an addiction !
