I've always been interested in photography and love taking pictures though I've tended to take quantity rather than quality! I've always felt like I've got a good eye for a shot but it's only in the past year or so I've started to take things seriously. I got what I'd term my first "proper" camera at the start of 2010 (Sony DSC-HX1) which is keeping me busy. I'm starting to get the hang of it I think but I think I'd probably benefit from a few "professional" tips. I always find myself more interested in other peoples photos than my own!
I've recently tried to get better at some post processing too and have begun using GIMP 2 with some mixed results. I think I just need to keep learning and trying to get better at what I enjoy doing!
In my spare time, I like drinking tea.
