Hi, and thanks for checking me out here.
I live in the rural County of Northumberland, up in the North East of England and have lived in the North East all my life. I have been taking photos for a few years now, mostly with a point & shoot camera while out mountain biking. The wife bought me a Sony DSLR A200 a couple of years ago for Christmas and I have "progressed" from there. Most of my stuff is what ever is going on around me at the time, though I do enjoy wildlife photography, mostly birds, as well as still taking photos while out and about with the bike..
I also do a little diving, and have an underwater housing for my P&S and enjoy taking shots while down under (water, not Australia).

I enjoy posting on Flickr and looking through some of the awesome shots that get placed on here by people far more skilled than could ever hope to be. But it gives me something to aspire to.

In the very unlikely event that you see a photo of mine you would like to use somewhere please ask first, it's only manners and I'm sure we can come to an arrangement..
