I graduated from the California Institute of the Arts in May 2005. I earned a BFA (Bachlor of Fine Arts) I felt that getting Accepted to Cal Art and then completing my studies was a major accomplishment and a huge thing to cross off on my check list for life. "Things I must do before I die."

After Finshing there I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my degree so I went back to tackleing that check list. I decided travel was the next thing on my agenda. Trying to survive in one place wasn't as interesting as trying to survive somewhere new. I saved up some money, but not a lot and packed up and moved to Australia. I have been here over a year now and don't have any plans to return home yet. I have seen most of coastal Australia and am living in Darwin with a new job that is going to keep me here at least another six months.
