Having started my photographic "career" with digital in 1999, I have gradually shifted my interest towards film cameras and darkroom work.
I primarily use digital for studio portraiture and large format b&w for landscapes and "artsy" work.
Equipment:
Digital: Canon EOS 7d
35mm: Canon EOS 5, Nikon EM, TopCon Wink S
6x4,5: Mamiya 645 Pro TL and Mamiya 645 1000S
6x6: Holga 120N and Lubitel 166
6x9: Freestyle Photographic cardboard DIY pinhole camera
4x5: Chamonix 045N-1 with 90, 150 and 210 Schneider lenses.
Darkroom: Omega D5XL enlarger with Componon-S lenses.
I love the beauty of dereliction and decay, but also the minimalistic and/or abstract work of photographers such as: Michael Kenna, Bruce Barnbaum and Michael Levin.
I also enjoy the works of David LaChappelle, Gregory Crewdson and Loretta Lux.
