I have lived in Idaho all my life and in Boise since 1968.

All of my photos are copyrighted as of the date of their creation and may not be used for any reason without my express permission. "Fair use" laws do not apply to my photographs as they are all individually copyrighted works regardless of subject material. Please understand that all photographers put a considerable amount of time, effort and money into their hobby or profession, and just because it is posted on a website doesn't give you the right to use it for other than its intended purpose. You don't work for free; neither do I.
