Ask anyone who knows me; I have always loved photography--even as a child. During the years we were raising our family and a few foster children, there wasn't a lot of time for photography. Now that retirement is on the horizon and finances are not quite so tight, I have come full circle back to the things that I love.
I have a husband, one married daughter with twins, 2 dogs (Australian Shepherd and Shih-Tzu) and 1 Persian cat. I also have a stepson, a stepdaughter and their families which provide me with an additional 5 grandchildren and 7 greatgrandchildren. Whew!
I love outdoor portraiture, both human and animal, however I am fully set up at home with lights and backgrounds to do studio portraits. I am so grateful for the experience of Flickr, for my new friends and contacts, and for all that I have learned (and continue to learn) here about photography.
