I have enjoyed photography for years. Years ago I used my first paycheck at an overseas military base to buy what was then the top-of-the-line Nikon F2-AS. Subequent duties and other interests took me away from regular shooting for a long time, but now digital imagery has rekindled my enthusiasm. I am trying to learn to shoot well. There is a lot of inspiration here on Flickr.
