In the last year I've gained a hobby in photography it helps me seek the beautiful. It ‘s a stress reliever. When I need to get out of my head for a while I grab my camera and go for a walk. I try to seek beauty. Now I see everything through a camera lenses. Everywhere I go I see something that would be an amazing picture. And there is beauty everywhere. I must pay my respect to the "Great Artist". Photography is my mediation. Somehow I want to capture the beauty and turn it into something tangible so later I pull it out, look at it and remember how good I felt in that moment. It's a way to focus myself and concentrate on seeking beauty all around me . I get lost in it sometimes. The other day on the way work the sunrise was so awesome the sky was covered in pinks and purples. I had to be awakened out of my mediation by the horn of the car behind me telling me that red had now turned to green and it was time for life to move on.
