I was born in southern Philippines and I currently live and work in New York City, and I use a Canon XSi / 450D digital SLR Camera. I am also a Liberal Arts student at The New School University in New York. Photography is one of my hobbies and I'm currently taking photography courses aside from, of course, the regular classes that I need to take and finish my degree.

I have a day job and I love surfing in the summer and skiing in the winter. I love my dogs, i just wish I could take them with me whenever I travel.

Lately, I have been obsessed about medium format photography. I've been using my digital SLR camera less and less, opting to use my medium format camera instead. I find that using my digital slr camera seems too easy, the challenge is somehow diminished. While medium format photography; with its fixed focal lenses, all manual settings and the absence of ttl metering, is more challenging technically and artistically. And the challenge in making beautiful photographs, considering these limitations, make it a more satisfying experience.
