Everyday there is stuff that is begging to be photographed.

My mission is to document all of it.

I have been known to totally zone out taking photos. It relaxes me...even when I'm getting frustrated with the results. Sometimes I just want to crawl inside the camera.

Multiple Choice Question:

Why did I make you a contact?
A) you have a cat or cats. B) I think you're a kick ass photographer. C) I know you personally.

1) A
2) B
3) C
4) 2 out of 3
5) All of the above.

HOWEVER:
On the subject of contacts. I've noticed a trend recently of people becoming pissed off, impatient, issue-having or whatever and posting rants about deleting folks from their contacts if either the quality doesn't change or they don't hear from them soon. I don't subscribe to this position. I generally don't remove people from contacts unless they become totally inactive on Flickr and haven't posted anything in a year or two. I tend to use contacts as a bookmarking system. It's easier than hunting through comments I've made and clicking on someone to see what they have done lately. Beyond that I've gotten to know a few people on here and we have started to hang on Twitter or Facebook or MySpace. If there's something wrong with my Funk and Wagnalls, tell me but I thought that's part of what was meant by social networking. I post comments as often as I can and having nothing to say or time to say it, I may simply Fave a photo. I really think that needs to suffice. If you haven't heard from me in a while send a message. I'm not ignoring you deliberately.

What? Not connected to me? We should work on that.
