I'm a journalist and photographer based in Southern California. My images have been licensed for advertising and editorial use in books, magazines, and newspapers in many parts of the world. My photographs have also been exhibited in a number of cities in the United States and Europe.
I see my photography as a kind of short-form journalism, a way to tell a story and communicate an idea without using constructs and formulations. What I love most about photography is its intimacy. It speaks to the heart and captures the imagination, but without saying a word.
