I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Originally I am from China.

I have a normal 9-5 job, although it is more like 7-7 job nowadays. Aren't we all over-worked?

I started to take pictures when I was on vacations about 2-3 years ago. Starting summer 2007 I really enjoy it as a hobby. Flickr really was the thing getting me to start it as a hobby. I am amazed by the numbers of the good quality pictures out there.

I really like this hobby because photography really allows us to express our view about the world we are living in. A picture always worths a thousand words.

In addition, I love travel, and have been to China (my mother land), Canada (my father land), USA (shooling and worked in Chicago and St. Louis), England, Japan, Thailand, Italy, and Hong Kong. From Flickr, I can see the travel photos from other people, which I enjoy a lot. Sometimes, these photos give me some great idea where I would like to travel next!

Also, thanks all for the kind words and comments on my pictures. I am a starter, and hopefully can learn fast I as do in science and finance. Many of my friends and contacts on Flickr have given me a lot of good advice. I sincerely thank you for that.

All and all, I really love photography. Something keeps me interested from getting bored too!
