  "Saya tidak banyak tau mengenai Pak Noor, Tapi saya menaruh simpatik atas semua karya "Black & White" yang dihasilkannya. Hampir semua foto BW karya pak Noor terlihat "heritage" banget. seakan-akan mengingatkan saya kembali ke foto era dimana masih menggunakan film role. Seperti sebuah catakan bakar ala 90-an, foto2 BW pak noor masih sangat berkesan buat saya, dan saya yakin akan menjadi inspirasi buat saya."
