Hide in your Shell and the World around you Spirals out of Control. A 11 year old boy was killed in front of his Mother during a Tornado yesterday in Southern Ontario. Life is but a Vapour...I'm going to HUG my girls EVERY day forever and a day.

I'm turning 50 on 9/11 and Wonder...half life gone...No Regrets...No Worries..Move Forward and Breathe.

Clocked at 154 kph, passing a ford escape that turned out infront of me....as we passed a semi Chip truck. I tromped on it to pass the Escape...and I saw him...OPP bike Cop.
Slammed on the brakes, left into the park entrance park lot.
I get out " You caught me Dead to rights."
He said Do you know how fast you were going...I said 145?
License Registration Insurance.
Nervous Excitement...turn and look. My 18 year old daughter is entering the park as I stand NAKED! ;o)

2 day storm is waning...
the wild blew all day Saturday and Sunday.
I took a windsurfer out again today during the Regatta....howling...driving rain....tired...sore...beaten...drained...floating...rescued...
relaxed. My right ear is plugged...and I'm ready to pass out!

Fantastic...wild winds...switched from SE to SW in three hours...blew leaves and branches off of trees, lawn furniture around...a Real Storm! ...feel Alive and drained..like you should be!

quiet time to reflect on Fathers Day...the girls are asleep upstairs....breakfast ...then off to Windsurf the afternoon away....Dad is always on my mind.

Oh ya, I strapped my Wayler Ypsi on the Cherokee...and moved my Dynastar Omeglass 195's ( I have 7 pairs of Downhill) in the shed.

I windsurf and ski...own a mountain bike or 2....read the King James Bible...when sad.

My oldest daughters Grad is one week away..... I want a 1968 Mustang Fastback 289 HO British Racing Green...maybe even the one in a Garage in Ohio..that the guy wouldn't sell to Steve McQueen just before he died of a carcenoma.
