I hate describing myself, don't you?

I like taking pictures and I make a killer lox sandwich on rye bread. Really, it's been called the best sandwich ever made and not just by someone that was sleeping with me. It's just as good on really heavy squaw bread but the rye seems to do it justice. Because I like spreading joy and salmon (Alaskan not Atlantic) all over the land, I'll share it with you. I'm sharing my pictures with you so I might as well share my killer sandwich recipe, right?

marble rye or squaw bread
thinly sliced lox (with pepper corn)
thinly sliced red onions
avocado (fuck mayonnaise)
thinly sliced cucumbers
spinach
thinly sliced tomato
Havarti cheese (or if you're feeling adventurous, Brie)


Be sure to spread the avocado like mayonnaise, that stuff is seriously nasty and I don't know why any of you eat that stuff.
If you cut the sandwich on the diagonal it seems to taste better too. Let me know how it works out.
