I am a bewildered artist with 20 year old BFA in graphic design. I am an antiques & collectibles dealer born out of compulsion to collect things. Hiking and walking is fun and necessary and gives me inspiration to take photos. Motoring is a GAS. I watch 3-4 star rated movies, news, financial shows, documentaries, and the History Channel. Art is grand. I remember the Beatles and JFK. I drifted from one experience to another; some relationships were interesting but most become a drag. Picture taking is therapeutic - I am no pro a-tall but have been taking hundreds of photos for years.

Thank God for those who truly have a good eye and good taste! I so do appreciate the millions of wonderful photographs on this site - what a great way to see the world through the eye of the beholder! Many Americans do not understand the significance of preserving our culture, as it was, and many don't care. If I were a billionaire...! With the good comes those innumerable chopped ups, covered ups or screw ups of any kind and all of it, the architectural heritage that reflects our society.
