Hello, hello.

I've been an avid picture taker for the past 11 years or so. I guess I'd call myself a professional amateur. I've always fancied this art form as a way to preserve a moment in time, immensely more so than written or oral expression. I have just finished my Masters degree in Library and Information Science from USF in Tampa (GO BULLS!) and am pursuing a position as an elementary school librarian. There will be few postings from me, but when I find an afternoon or so, I can rack up some shots worth sharing. My current camera of choice is the Canon Rebel XTi.
