I have always liked art since I was a kid. I had my first taste of a SLR camera in high school. Shooting and developing my own film and making prints in the darkroom. I didn't really do any photography for a while. After a trip to Hawaii I knew I needed a new camera. So, I purchased a SLR. It started as shooting occasionally around the area I lived. My interest really grew when I lived in Montana and purchased a D70. Now living back in the Mid-West I am starting to take it more serious. I think I have came a long way and learned a lot but not really sure if I have my own style yet. I look forward to shooting more, learning more and coming into my own style. Being on flickr is a great inspiration and is full of different ideas.
