During the day I work as a graphic designer in the Minneapolis area, as I have for 20 years, and love it. But in my free time I have many interests - I play in guitar in band, I go surfing on Lake Superior (see superiorsurfclub.com), and of course I am into photography. I've sold some of my photography work, but it is primarily a hobby for me.

The subjects and styles I love to photograph are: surfing on Lake Superior, night-time scenes, shallow depth-of-field, long exposures, city scenes, and local live music.

With all the other great photos of live local music, I'd like to coordinate putting together a book with a selection of shots from local photographers that really captures the vibrant and unique music community that we have here in Minneapolis.
