Let's see, I like to knit, mostly socks, cook, and play with fire. And no, I am not a pyromaniac.
I quilt, embroider, knit, spin, and will try almsot any fiber art at least a few times. You can't make up your mind unless you give it a fair shot after all. Although crochet and I will never be real friends.
As to colors ad fabrics for swaps. I am not a huge fan of yellow. It is a really strong color and many over use it. A small bit can make other colors pop though. I really do love the 1930 prints. I may have a small collection of them in my stash. (Well maybe not so small.) I also love bright clear crisp colors. But I like surprises too.
