I founded Rachel's Bite in 2006 to share recipes with friends and learn about blogging. Since then, it has grown into a respected source of recipe reviews and original content including various food and nutrition articles.

Not enough? I also like to take pictures, explore new places, make websites/blogs, doodle, and try out new recipes (right now I'm into vegan). I have an active mind and like to stay busy. I love to go hiking and to be with nature. I laugh at myself every day because i am a dork and get myself into amusing situations. When in doubt, I meditate and then make a new playlist on my iPod to reflect my current mood.
