Proud daughter of a Marine. I always support our soldiers. It doesn't matter if I agree with the war they are fighting or not. They are there putting their lives on the line for us. They deserve our respect and support.

I am very active in dog rescue - mostly Rhodesian Ridgebacks but also Anatolian Shepherds. I foster, help transport, maintain RRUS's Adopters Blog as well as various other things. I also volunteer at Animal Alliance Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic in La Marque, TX.

For my day job I'm a Zookeeper. I currently work in the zoo commissary, making diets for the several thousand animals at the Zoo but I have also worked with a large variety of animals, most recently lions and tigers and bears (oh my!). Stop by and visit if/when you get the chance. It's a beautiful facility with lots of different animals and educational opportunities.
