I am a descendant of fugitive slaves (Charles Christian, Dennis Robbins, Jane Frances Robbins) and of a younger sister of the well-know 19th century newspaper editor, Mary Ann Shadd. I am also a descendant of a Hessian soldier (Hans Schadt), who came to North America from Germany, and Anne Wilson, who came to Canada from Lankashire in England.
Most of my photos will be related to history, travel (mainly around Ontario), or things around town in London ON. If you are looking for my photos related to Black History, the best place to start is the set titled "Various Black History".
