Freelance photographer for 40 years. Published (NYTimes, SFChronicle, Stern). Winner of Best of Show award in pro photo contest. A generalist, doing many kinds of photography from service (photojournalism, wedding, commercial, documentary) to fine art (landscapes, marine views, nature) to somewhere in between (musician performance portraits and publicity photos). Went to sea twice as documentary photographer on anti-whaling voyages with Greenpeace way back in the '70s. Live near Mendocino, California, a town of about 1000 on the Pacific Coast about 150 mi. north of San Francisco, surrounded by
