I am a self taught enthusiastic amateur photographer. I shoot mainly with old glass. Started like so many with a point and shoot camera, inspired by a local photographer called Alistair Mackay. Then later by the photographers here on flickr.

Keen to keep pushing into new areas, styles and techniques while having fun. I used to spend most of my time taking shots of insects but now I seem to enjoy all types and almost all subjects which can only be a good thing.

I am also on Twitter. I am on Facebook as well but i am not a fan.
