I've learned not even to go outside and garden without taking my camera...if it's not with me, invaribly there's a shot I've missed. I've always had an interest in Photography and never had the time to really get "into" it.Everything I know today I owe to my fellow Yafroans. Still so much more to learn. And I'm trying not to let it absorb the other part of my life. I love the beach, sunsets, all kinds of outdoor activities with biking and walking in this wonderful Florida weather being two of them.Reading is a passion of mine which has taken a backseat to the camera, but both go to the beach with me.Life is grand and I find something wonderful about every day.

"Eye catching, thought provoking, colorful, whimsical! It's all here from the mind of suzyq! To see with these eyes is to see a world of beauty whether large or small, animate or inanimate, common or extraordinary! Her photos explore the world of power and wonder and show us how to see again!"

"I think the most wonderful thing about suzy is that she never really grew up - instead, she grew deeper. There's an almost childlike enthusiasm in everything she does, and yet, it's tempered with a healthy dose of spiritual insight that only time and experience can provide. It's a joy for me to experience her warm smile as she shares her excitement for the simple pleasures in life. She finds astonishing beauty and a world of mystery in a droplet of early morning dew on the shriveled petal of yesterday's lily. She lives in a colorful world of sparkling details serenaded by a ballad of billowy heartfelt laughter and the jubilant warble of feeding songbirds. Look closely at the light and shadows she captures with her camera and feel the emotion on the other side of the shutter."
