I am from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and I do IT consultancy under the trademark Trancetronic. On my spare time I work on interesting web projects, as well as do FOSS advocacy on behalf of Bangladesh Linux Users Alliance and Ubuntu Bangladesh. I'm also the webmaster and a founding member of Flickr group Bangladeshi Photographers.

All the photographs on my Flickr pool are taken by myself and released under a Creative Commons license, which means you can legally use, share, and modify them non-commercially as long as you give me proper credit. If you want to use any photographers commercially, or looking for the high resolution version, then please get in touch with me.

My limited gear includes a Canon EOS 450D SLR with Canon EF-S 18-55mm IS, Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II and Canon EF-S 55-250mm IS lenses. I also use a Canon Digital IXUS 70 compact camera which I carry everywhere I go. I use a Vivitar tripod but badly want to replace it with something more sexy and lightweight.

For post production, I use digiKam and occasionally GIMP.
