For me, photography is a way of remembering all of the beautiful things in the world that I would too soon forget. I think I also put myself behind the camera so that I don't have to appear in front of it. :-)
My current gear includes:
Various prime and zoom lenses by Nikon, Sigma and Tamron, bags by crumpler/tamrac, an Induro tripod with a Manfrotto head along with a few flashes, shoot-thru umbrellas and misc lighting stuff. I seem to have a passion for collecting lenses. I hope I can learn to shoot well enough to do the collection justice.
