Born in 1948 and hit with the bug at 60 to upload all photos and slides of interest from my collection. I lived in Bankstown (12 miles west of Sydney, Australia) until 2001 so most photos are of that area plus Sydney and surrounding areas. Cars, steam trains and books feature strongly, plus a trip on the 'Fairstair' in 1979 and the Northern Territory in 1982. Contact me if you want more photos of particular subects loaded, or if you can ID anyone in photos. Trying to keep under the 200 limit, so some will disappear over time.

For anyone interested, my still camera history is as follows. Brownie box camera until the early 1960s, Brownie Instamatic 1960s, Canon 110 SLR 1970s accompanied by a Practika SLR and in the 1980s when I did wedding photography part- time, a Canon AE1 which I still have but never use. All my digital photography since around 2005 has been done via Ricoh G4-wide, 3.2MP units. We have two, and their lens quality is brilliant.
