  "Maitham is the most ethical, professional and moral person that I’ve ever met in my whole life. The guy is a leader by nature and he always inspire the members of any group that he led. When he was one of the photography team leaders of the voluntroy work center of Kuwait, he managed to help in leading the team in a very successful distinguished way. This had been seen through well-arranged and organized workshops and two successive famous photographic expeditions. I really appreciate the effort of that man.
