My camera and I broke up for a bit. We missed each other though and after about a year we're starting to go out again.
I shot with a Sony DSC-F707 from the Summer of 2001 till May 2007. It finally died in May of 2007.
In June of 2007, my wife gave me a Nikon D40x. Since then, I've managed to fall completely in love with, recognize both its and my limitations, break all sorts of stupid things, and on occasion, try to stop screwing around and actually try to improve.
